This is more than just a part-time role - it’s an opportunity to learn the insurance and financial services industry from the ground up, with hands-on training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
- Support the sales team with outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation
- Assist with quoting policies and presenting coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service and help maintain client relationships
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance products, sales strategies, and agency operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sales, business, or financial services
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable
Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses upon hire (we’ll guide you through the process)
- Previous sales, customer service, or internship experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Perks:
