RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Process insurance payments and follow-ups.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Make changes and updates to auto and fire insurance policies.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Coachable and able to adapt well to changes.
- High empathy personality with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
